As part of ATD Las Vegas's 2027 "Help Us, Help You!" partnership series, we're heading on-site to SW Gas for a firsthand look at how one of Southern Nevada's most established organizations approaches Organizational Development and Leadership Development.

SW Gas will present directly to attendees on how they:
✅ Develop their training programs
✅ Deliver training to their employees
✅ Manage and measure L&D success

This is your chance to expand your horizons — step outside your own organization and see how another L&D function operates, what choices they've made, and why. You'll leave with fresh ideas and real-world practices you can bring back to your own team.

This event may include a tour of SW Gas's training facilities.
