A Look Inside Southern Nevada Carpenters'
Approach to Talent Development

As part of ATD Las Vegas's 2027 "Help Us, Help You!" partnership series, we're heading on-site to the UBC International Training Center for a firsthand look at how the Southern Nevada Carpenters Union approaches workforce development — followed by a guided tour of their training facilities.

The Carpenters Union will present directly to attendees on how they:
✅ Develop their training programs
✅ Deliver training to their members
✅ Manage and measure L&D success

Then, stick around to see the hands-on training spaces, equipment, and facilities where Southern Nevada's next generation of carpenters is trained.

This is your chance to expand your horizons — step outside your own organization and see how another L&D function operates, what choices they've made, and why.

This registration includes the Chapter Meeting and a tour of the facility afterward. If you only want to attend the Chapter Meeting, please use the other registration option instead.
