2024 Talent Capability Partner Program (TCPP)

Do you want to give your career a boost while 
learning, networking, and creating friendships with
professionals in the Talent Development community?

If so, join the
Talent Capability Partner Program!

This program will expose chapter members
to best practices, other industries, and
competency/career development opportunities.

Partners will share the ins and outs of
their role in Talent Development.

This program will take place
August 15 through October 3

How It Works:

After completing a short survey, participants are
paired with a partner from our local learning &
development community to focus on areas within the 
ATD Talent Development Capability Model.
Together, they will explore their interests and goals.

At the program kickoff and orientation, we will
provide guidelines for spending time together so 
both partners achieve benefit from participation.

Participation includes:

Orientation, program workbook, assessments, and more!! 
You may also use this information to start a
Partner Program in their own organization.

Partners will be invited to attend the virtual
TCPP Celebration on October 19. 

The program is complimentary for members
and $35.00 for non-members/guests
