Dr. Jane Bozarth is a veteran classroom trainer, eLearning designer, program manager, and author with a career spanning decades in state government and organizational learning. Her work with a state hospital for disabled adults sparked a long-standing focus on accessibility and inclusion.

She previously served as Director of Research for The Learning Guild and is the author of several books, including Show Your Work, Social Media for Trainers, and From Analysis to Evaluation. She holds a Master’s degree in technology-based training and a doctorate in adult education.

The bulk of her long career was spent in North Carolina, USA, state government, where her work with a state hospital for disabled adult ignited her interest in accessibility and inclusion. She more recently served for 8 years as Director of Research for The Learning Guild. Jane s the author of several books including Show Your Work: The Payoffs and How-To's of Working Out Loud, Social Media for Trainers, and From Analysis to Evaluation: Tips, Tools, and Techniques for Trainers with the accompanying standalone chapter "Create Inclusive Learning for All". Jane has a Master's degree in technology based training and a doctorate in adult education. She and her husband live in Durham, North Carolina.
