Stan Skrabut is a lifelong learner and dedicated talent development professional with a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. With a diverse career spanning roles such as instructional technologist, systems programmer, trainer, and director, Stan brings a rich blend of experience to every conversation about performance improvement.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, educator, and author of five books—including 80 Ways to Use ChatGPT in the Classroom—Stan champions informal learning as a powerful tool for growth. His doctoral research, Study of Informal Learning Among University of Wyoming Extension Educators, reflects his deep interest in self-directed development.

Stan has lived and worked around the world, including in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey, and across the U.S. Now based in Rhode Island with his wife and dog, he continues to explore new ways to empower learning through technology, travel, and continuous curiosity.

A proud ATD member for over a decade, Stan is currently contributing to his third chapter.
