Meet the Presenters
✨ Megan Tamisiea
Megan’s passion is helping people continue to grow and develop in their careers. She strives to meet people where they are and help them grow from there. With years of Talent Development, DEI, and Recruiting experience in eCommerce, healthcare, and utilities organizations, her work has taken her from Chicago to Los Angeles to Omaha. Megan has been an ATD Nebraska board member since 2023 and currently serves as Vice President of Programming.
Her engaging, interactive presentation style has been featured at ALC Conference 2025 in Washington D.C., ATD Nebraska Regional Conference, the Omaha Organizational Development Conference, the Young Professionals Conference, and the Conference on Diversity and Equity (CODE) in Omaha. She is also a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Omaha Public Power District. Outside of work, Megan enjoys performing improv comedy and spending time with her family.

Gina is a seasoned Learning and Development Strategist who has dedicated two decades to driving impactful change through innovative design, adept facilitation, strategic advising, and people development strategies. She is passionate about forging connections that empower individuals and organizations to grow.
